Reception: Images of Rwanda
It was such a pleasure to co-host the pop-up exhibition "Images of Rwanda" with the Squire Foundation. Thank you to everyone who came out to support Frederick Ndabaramiye! We enjoyed a beautiful evening with a show of Frederick's paintings and a screening of the biographical film "I Am Able," created by Santa Barbara filmmakers Jacob and Isaac Seigel-Boettner, who met Frederick while traveling in Rwanda. Pictured in the photos above are Silo118 curator Bonnie Rubenstein and artist Max Gleason with Frederick, as well as Silo118 intern Haley and guests at the reception.
